Counseling at my office is set up on an hourly basis.  You may be seen once a week, twice a week or once every two weeks depending on your situaton.  My office is located in Fridley, MN.  I will see people in the day, evenings or Saturdays and work around your availablility.  The initial meeting will entail discussing your situation and course of action.  There will be no charge for the first meeting.

You can also request that a brochure be sent to you with additional information.

It is far better to deal with a situation early on than wait and have the problem get worse.  If you contact me, I will advise you on whether your situation needs immediate attention.

Also, depending on where you live it may be set up to do this over the phone versus coming into my office.
