| Is coaching or counseling set up for a specific period of time? |
No, it only goes as long as you want it to go. I have seen people for 1 month and I have also seen people for 1.5 years. The decision is always yours to make.

| What is the difference between coaching and counseling? |
Counseling deals with issues such as anger, depression, disorders and the whole spectrum. Coaching deals with different matters generally and typically are temporary loss of a job, relationship concerns, and feeling loss in where your life is at the moment.

| Is there more than one counselor at your office? |
Anyone has the option to meet with myself or one of the other 2 women.

| What are your hours? |
We can meet with anyone between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We can also meet with a person on Saturday or Sunday if you desire.

| How many years of experience do you have? |
We have a combined 30 years of experience. I have been coaching people for 20 years and counseling for 14.

| What is the process for receiving counseling or coaching? |
You will come in for an initial consultation. This will be 1 hour in length and at no charge. You can decided after this if you wish to proceed further.

| What is the time period of the sessions? |
All sessions last one hour in length.

| How often do you meet with the person? |
We meet once a week with most clients. Depending on the situation it could be once every 2 or 3 weeks.

| Are the sessions scheduled and what if I have a situation that needs immediate attention? |
The sessions are scheduled in advance. If you have a situation come where you fell you need to meet then we can normally get you in the next day.

| Can counseling and coaching happend of the phone rather than in person? |
If a person lives too far away to meet in person then is it can be done over the phone. It is also possible to do it over the web site in private where it is confidential.

| Is there a minimum or maximum age limit? |
No, often times teenagers can use some guidance in their life as well.

| Are you set up where insurance companies will pay for some or all of this counseling? |
No, at this time we are not.

No, we see couples, married or otherwise for counseling and coaching.
